Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Planter
Carefully disassemble the product if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to prevent damage to the cedar wood during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
